Welcome to Mango Cottage. Located in the historic Yacht Club area of Cape Coral.
This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, side by side fridge with icemaker, flat top stove and microwave. Fully equipped to prepare all your gourmet meals. A small table top grill is available on the outside patio.
Master bedroom has a new queen pillow top bed with ensuite bath and TV. Guest room has 2 new twins beds and a rollaway is provided for an extra guest.
Large tv in living room with recling love seat and recling sofa. Dining area seats 6 and a counter top bar.
Covereed patio and a open patio to soak up the sun! Lush tropical landscaping witha fruit bearing mango tree.
Located a mile from the Cape Coral Yacht Club and fishing Pier where there is a junior olympic size pool, handball courts, tennis courts and a beach on the Caloosahatchee river. Less than a 5 minute drive from downtown Cape Coral where there are plenty of dining options, entertainment and special events.
RSW airport and the gulf beaches are just a 30 minute drive. Pets accepted with approval and a $150 pet fee, large fenced yard for your fur baby!
