The community has a heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts. There are plenty of walking trails and access to a private marina and beach that overlooks the Caloosahatchee river. There are beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your convenience. You have one under building covered parking spot and one open spot. After 9 pm the entry into the atrium is locked for your security. Application is required with 30 day approval and $100 fee. No pets allowed.
